That thing you wish existed for your business? Let's build it.

Custom websites, internal tools, and reporting systems for small businesses.

Fixed price, quoted the same day. You own what I build.

Websites

The front door

Your website is the first thing most people meet. They form an opinion from it before you ever get to say a word.

The problem

  • You don't have a website yet, or the one you have was built years ago and it shows
  • You're stuck on a template platform and want something that's actually yours
  • You're launching something and need a page that does it justice

The solution

I build you one from scratch: fast, clear, and made to earn that first impression.

Tools

The routine

Every business repeats a handful of small jobs each week. They live in one person's habits, not in software, and they take longer than they should.

The problem

  • One person is the only one who can do a job, and it stalls when they are out
  • The steps are the same every time, but they still eat real time
  • Someone has told you it can all be automated, but you do not trust every step to a machine yet

The solution

I build a small tool for that one job so anyone can run it. It handles the mechanical steps and leaves the judgment to a person. When something it connects to changes on their end, I keep it working.

How to prep artwork for print

  1. Open blank.ai in Illustrator
  2. Place the customer's artwork, scale to fit
  3. Bend it to the die curve by eye
  4. Print it out and check the curve
  5. Fix whatever came out crooked
  6. Export a PDF named with the order number
  7. Email it to the press and wait for a reply
  8. Mark the row done in the spreadsheet

Reporting

The back office

Behind every job is the money side: what you charged, what it cost, what shipping took, and what is actually left over.

The problem

  • You quote jobs but rarely check afterward what each one actually earned
  • The numbers you need are split across three or four systems that do not talk
  • Shipping, supplier costs, and one-off expenses never make it into the total

The solution

I build one screen that pulls every job's costs together from the tools you already use and shows what it made. Your accounting stays where it is.

Speed

Answers the same day

You tell me what you need, and you get a price and a start date within a day. Not a string of discovery calls and a proposal that shows up two weeks later.

Ownership

You own everything

When it's done, I send you the whole project as a zip, so it's yours to host, move, or hand to someone else. If it relies on hosting, a database or another paid service, I tell you what it is and what it costs before we start, and the account is in your name.

Revisions

30 days of fixes and tweaks

For the first month after launch, fixes and edits within what we agreed are included. A new page or feature is quoted separately.

Ongoing

After that, no surprises

Changes are quoted before I start, and they're usually small and quick. You email when you need something, I send a price, and that's it.

Work

A few things I've built

Three of these run right here in your browser with sample data, so you can click through them. Nothing to sign up for.

Sample site: Marlow & Field Try it A website for a made-up furniture workshop, built to show how a small business site can look and read.

What changed

A small workshop with no website gets a page that explains what it makes in one sentence, shows the pieces and their prices, says how long an order takes, and has a contact form that reaches the owner. It is made up, so you can click around freely.

What is in it

A home page, a collection with prices, a short workshop section and a contact form. It loads fast, works on a phone and has nothing to log into.

How it's built

Hand-written HTML and CSS with a little JavaScript, no CMS and no framework. Structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt can be added so search engines and AI assistants can read it, and the whole thing hands over as one folder.

Made-up business, for demonstration

Order desk, wired to accounting Try it One click turns an order into an approved invoice, with the customer matched and no duplicates.

What changed

Orders used to be typed into a spreadsheet and then typed again into the accounting software. Now an order is entered once, the total and profit work themselves out, and one click creates an approved invoice in accounting with the invoice number written back onto the order.

What it does

Customers are matched to existing ones so nothing gets duplicated. Shipping, rush fees and discounts are handled, orders from the web form arrive as drafts, and a dashboard tracks the month against a goal.

How it's built

The customer is found by earlier orders first, then email, then name, and only created if all three miss. It is a single page front end on Firebase, with Cloud Functions that call the accounting software's API. The API token is kept as an encrypted secret on the server and never reaches the browser.

In daily use. The demo uses made-up orders.

Dieline warp Try it Customers send flat artwork. This bends it to the die so it prints right, in seconds.

What changed

Printing a lampshade, a cone or any tapered shape means bending flat artwork to a fan-shaped blank, which used to take a skilled person a few minutes per file, every file. Now the artwork goes in and comes out bent to the blank in seconds, with no designer involved.

What it does

Curved text along the edge, a proof view with the die lines, geometry correction so shapes look true once formed, cleanup of files that arrive already curved, and proof and 600 dpi production exports.

How it's built

Pixel mapping on a canvas in plain JavaScript. No server and no uploads. The demo runs the same maths.

Runs in your browser

Mockup studio Screenshots Drop artwork on a 3D product, spin it, and send a proof.

What changed

Showing a customer their logo on the product used to mean someone opening a template, placing the file, exporting it and sending it on. Now the artwork is dropped onto a 3D product and the proof is ready straight away.

What it does

Photo-real paper bags in several styles, sizes and colours. Drop in the artwork, remove a solid background, pick a studio backdrop, then export a clean product image. The full studio covers other packaging too, with wraps, 360 degree turntable video and 3D export.

How it's built

Photographed product shots with the artwork mapped on in the browser, and Three.js for the 3D products. Built so it can be re-skinned for a different product without touching the core.

Questions

Answers before you ask

How much does a project cost?

I quote each job separately. You tell me what you need, and you get a fixed price and a start date the same day. The price does not change halfway through, and there is no hourly billing.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the job. A website is usually quicker than a tool that connects to your accounting or order systems. You get a timeline with the quote, before you commit to anything.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. When it is done I send you the whole project as a zip, so you can host it, move it, or hand it to someone else. If it relies on hosting, a database or another paid service, I tell you what it is and what it costs before we start, and the account is in your name.

What happens after launch?

For the first 30 days, fixes and edits within what we agreed are included. A new page or feature is quoted separately. After that, changes are quoted before I start, so there are no surprises.

Can you connect to the tools I already use?

Usually, yes. I build tools that work with accounting software, order forms, spreadsheets and shipping tools, and I keep them working when something changes on their end. Your accounting stays where it is.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

I am based in New Jersey and work with small businesses and brands wherever they are. It is just me, so you talk to the person doing the work.

Will my website show up on Google and in AI answers?

I build every site to be found, with clean structure, fast pages, clear page titles and the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read. Nobody can promise a ranking, but I make sure your site is easy for them to understand.

About

Who you would be working with

Sharp Media is a New Jersey web and software studio that builds custom websites, internal tools, and reporting systems for small businesses. I'm Zevy, and Sharp Media is just me. I like taking the whole thing on. I sit with you to work out how the job actually flows, design something that fits it, and build it so it lasts.

One project at a time, mostly for small businesses and brands who would rather have a person to talk to than an account manager. If any of the three sections above looked a bit too familiar, that is usually the sign it is worth a conversation.
